JPL Engineering Inc., founded in 2002 established a reputation of technical expertise by providing consulting services to the engineering and scientific community. The business grew steadily throughout 2004. The demand for services grew and by 2005, JPL had a civil design team and full survey crew. Since 2005 JPL has expanded its civil capabilities to include two full design teams, 3 engineering interns and a chief engineer. In 2006, JPL again increased capabilities by adding full time planning staff and environmental science personnel with experience in Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation
